ill my nigerian wife have automatic entry to the uk?

I will be getting married in april to a nigerian girl, does she have an automatic right of entry to the uk.She has a 2 year visa at the moment and is at university in lagos. What is the proceedure for her coming here to stay.

AFTER marriage your wife will have DUAL nationality, both her own, as also yours, if you are british she will also be british!

If YOU are a british NATIONAL, Yes! NO problem.

The british civil service have to contest EVERY case, they not only have to watch their own backs, they equaly have to pass the tax-payers hard earned “time” somehow, in order to justify their own fat-cat salaries & expences.

If YOU are only a british CITIZEN, or other nationality, seek advice from YOUR own foreign office / high commission.

Remember some foreign office / commission are amalgamated with others, e.g. Australia / Kiwi.

In some cases you must be married befor entry!
